Jason Shinen hails from Region 4 and has been a Board Member since 2016. He also serves on the Board Policy, Rules and Regulations, and Bylaws Committee.
Jason holds an associate degree in fire science. He served with the Portland City Fire Department for 10 years. He is now involved in the energy field as a home energy auditor, renovator, and building science educator.
Jason enjoys mountain biking in his spare time and is excited to get married next fall.

- Regularly updates skills through course training and workshops in the electrical utility field
