Scope

Sellwood Power District seeks sealed Proposals to establish a contract with a qualified company that can make our website fully accessible to individuals with disabilities.

Contract Term

A 1-year contract should result from this solicitation.

Statement of Work

It is anticipated that vendors will present a roadmap similar to the format listed below:

  • Accessibility Review: a manual examination of the Sellwood Power District website, capturing detail on all accessibility issues and providing written recommendations on correcting these issues
    • Develop and implement solutions to make your site more adjustable by users
  • Plan for New Content: development of a detailed blueprint for Sellwood Power District to follow to ensure present and future content is accessible at the time of creation
  • Training Plan: development and delivery of courseware designed to instruct content providers and web developers on staff in best practices for creating accessible content

Cost

Please address all costs associated with your bid response and with all deliverables and solutions you propose. Do not provide options or add-ons. Present the entire solution that you recommend for 100% compliance.
